In your ChatGPT Plus account, select Explore, then under My GPTs, select Create at GPT.
Copy the text below, and paste it in the Message GPT Builder field, replacing the [OPTIONS] with your own details

If you are making your GPT for a nonprofit you are not officially affiliated with, add the disclaimer: “A Fan-Created Informative guide for [ORG NAME].”
This will make it clear it’s not an official GPT from the organization but more of a gesture of support.
Step 7 – Edit Conversation Starter questions.
Add the following conversation starter questions in the slots.

Step 8 – Add Rules of Engagement
Switch to Configure mode, and add the following text below the prompt text in the Instructions field.
